The 2 way boot wash station from Unitech is built for businesses that can’t afford to compromise on hygiene. This station is purposely designed for smooth, two-way foot traffic where boot cleaning is a must before entry or exit.
This hygiene station is made from 304 grade stainless steel (with a matt finish) that resists wear and keeps its look. It features a photoelectric sensor at both ends, which starts the cleaning cycle as soon as someone steps in. There are no buttons to press, meaning no contact and no delays.
Cleaning happens fast and effectively. The fixed side brushes scrub both sides of the boot. At the same time, horizontal rotating brushes clean the soles. Powerful water jets and the forward motion of the user work together to remove dirt, grime, and debris.
To make cleaning even more effective, it comes with a detergent injector that can be set between 1% and 7.5%, letting you add disinfectant as needed. This is key for all food factories and pharmaceutical sites.
Maintenance is quick. Both the brushes and the sump can be removed without tools, making any cleaning processes simple and fast. The station has separate compartments for water and electrics, keeping things safe and reliable.
With 8 side brushes and 2 horizontal brushes, it covers every part of the boot. The solid base measures 2540 x 900mm, giving enough room for users to pass through comfortably. Removable steps offer added stability and make the unit easy to move or clean around if needed.
