Our compact sole washer is a sole washing machine – designed for scrubbing the soles of boots prior to entering the production area. It delivers fast and effective sole cleaning while controlling access to clean zones.
Manufactured from stainless steel, this unit is tough, easy to clean, and built to last. It uses two horizontal brushes that spin and scrub the soles of shoes as you walk through. A mix of water and disinfectant is sprayed during the process, breaking down dirt and reducing bacteria with every step. The built-in detergent injector makes it simple to refill the cleaning solution when needed.
The machine works automatically. A photoelectric sensor at each end detects movement and starts the brushes, so staff can walk through without touching anything.
Cleaning and maintenance are just as quick. The brushes and key parts can be removed without tools, so you can clean it out or replace components with minimal downtime. A compact base size of 1800mm by 850mm means it fits easily in tighter spaces without losing function. Ideal for food factories, cleanrooms, or any area where hygiene matters.
