The twin sole washer by Unitech is a high performance hygiene unit designed for fast moving environments where strict cleanliness is key. Built from durable stainless steel, this machine supports continuous use, making it ideal for entry points where controlled access and sanitation are non-negotiable.
The twin sole washer allows for uninterrupted foot traffic. A photoelectric sensor at each end triggers the system instantly, so no manual start is needed. As the user walks through, two strong horizontal brushes get to work, scrubbing both soles with a mix of water and detergent. Every pass through leaves shoes clean – without slowing anyone down.
Maintenance is simple. The brushes and sump lift out without tools, cutting downtime and keeping cleaning quick. There’s also a built-in perforated waste basket and outlet to catch debris before it causes problems. Solid stainless step plates at both ends give safe footing on entry and exit.
Access control is built in. The washer comes with a 3-arm turnstile gate, which can be fitted with either a card reader or a hand sanitising unit, depending on your access needs. This setup makes it easy to make hygiene part of your entry process. No shortcuts, no skipped steps.
Every unit includes a stainless steel control panel built into the frame – no external wiring, no extra boxes. The full machine sits on a base that measures 2500mm by 1480mm, giving it a compact footprint without cutting corners on space or power.
